Established as a trust in November 2023, and formally registered as an association in July 2024, the Maharshi Valmiki Vidya Balaga Charitable Trust has quickly grown from a collaborative WhatsApp group, formed in 2022, into a powerful force for change. Operating from its office within the Nayaka Sangha Building in Basaveshwaranagar, Bengaluru, the Trust is dedicated to the holistic well-being and advancement of the community.

Mallikarjuna Nallegowda, MD is a double board certified physician in interventional pain medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation.As a interventional pain management specialist Dr. Nallegowda specializes in the diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal pain (back pain, neck pain, joint pain), cancer and neuropathic pain. He believes in relieving your pain and restoring the quality of life. In addition he uses the advanced Interventional pain techniques and procedures to treat chronic pain conditions such as epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks & radiofrequency ablation, joint injections, sympathetic nerve blocks, management of intrathecal pain pumps, nerve blocks, Botox injections etc. He also performs EMG and nerve conduction studies.
